Timur “FL4MUS” Maryev believes he is performing well at the IEM Cologne Major 2026 Counter-Strike 2 tournament.
The player made this statement in a comment to HLTV.
“I’m playing in a bunch of positions that are new to me. In my opinion, I’m performing well. I’m just trying to do my job. If a player performs well in any position, it shows their understanding of the game.”
According to Timur “FL4MUS” Maryev, the esports player is trying to focus on his roles within the team, which he is handling quite well. The player also admitted that he didn’t prepare at all for the IEM Cologne Major 2026, since he didn’t know until the last moment that he would be playing in the tournament for
BetBoom Team.
“I didn’t prepare at all. I didn’t know I was going to the Major. I wasn’t even playing CS at the time. When I found out I was going, I played for a day or two, and that was it.”
As a reminder, Alexander “zorte” Zagodyrenko previously commented on the replacement of Pavel “s1ren” Ogloblin with Timur “FL4MUS” Mariev on
BetBoom Team.
