Dmitry “Fishman” Polishchuk stated that he was excluded from the
1win Team Dota 2 roster because of a number of solutions proposed by the player, which were not to the team's liking.
The corresponding opinion the player shared in Telegram.
“I am no longer part of the
1win Team collective. I would like to tell you what happened and what are my plans for the future. After the last tournament, which we lost, I formalized some conversations, offered some solutions that did not quite like the
1win Team organization.”
According to Dmitry “Fishman” Polishchuk, when he came to the team, he had a feeling that he got into a squad capable of competing for championships at TI-level tournaments, but as a result, the player didn't see motivation in some teammates, realizing that he was turning into a salaryman.
“It just so happens that I'm not in the lineup anymore. I can say from myself that I was very demotivated, as was the whole team. I was coming to a team of The International level, but I didn't see the zeal from some of the players. I realized that I'm turning into a 'salary man', which I'm not satisfied with in principle.”
Also Dmitry “Fishman” Polishchuk said that in the near future he is going to focus on recruiting MMR in matchmaking Dota 2.
Recall that earlier cybersports club
1win Team announced the replacement of two players in the Dota 2 lineup, Dmitry “Fishman” Polishchuk and Alexander “Cloud” Zakharov.
