A female version of the hero Axe was created in Dota 2: fans are thrilled

One of the fans designed a fully female version of the hero named Axe, which immensely pleased the community revolving around the game. There have been requests from fans for an additional work for the creator to build conceptualized female versions for the other characters as well.

As for earlier, Tompyou had published the corresponding statement on Reddit.

While showcasing the model, Tompyou mentioned that the craftsmanship displayed was truly mesmerizing and the promises made by Valve were met as the model was included in the game. As a Dota 2 fan, Anti-Mage is also a character dropping female pleaders as well which broadens the game quite a bit.

Some commented regarding the design that it looks like a character from Baldur's Gate 3, this character is also Karlach, and she is fairly well known in the gaming fans as well.

It is interesting to note that Valve has recently made a more unique than usual update for Dota 2.
