The American player and The International 2015 champion, Clinton «Fear» Loomis, commented on the cancellation of the Major on his Twitter.
I feel like this Major being canceled would have been no big deal if there wasn't so much history. Reputation is something you build and destroy yourself. My heart goes out for all of the player trying to make it in Dota 2 in these difficult times. I love Dota 2 and I want more.
On January 12 Valve announced that the first Major of Dota Pro Circuit 2021/2022 season was canceled.
