FACEIT changed the map pool in CS2, removing Train.

Train has been officially removed from the CS2 matchmaking map pool and from FACEIT. This decision is connected to the end of the third Premier season, after which the organizers updated the map pool.

Many players were disappointed by this choice and are wondering why a map that had only been in the competitive map pool for six months was removed. Others are happy with the changes, noting that Anubis often provides more tactical opportunities for players.

Additionally, analysts noted that Train was possibly the worst-optimized map in the entire map pool, which led to the decision to remove it from rotation.
