ESL decided to impose a penalty on Tundra Esports after completing their investigation

ESL put a fine on several teams that exploited the Smoke bug during the ESL One Raleigh 2025 qualifiers, Tundra Esports included.

As per the investigation, Tundra Esports abused the Smoke bug 9 times during the ESL One Raleigh 2025 qualifiers, and ESL did not nail the team because they thought the rate of breaches does not qualify as abuse. Nonetheless, they decided to put a fine on the club along with the other offenders. The amount of the fine is not disclosed and so far the team has not addressed the issue.

It should be mentioned that ESL has also investigated Team Spirit and in their case there were multiple breaches as well.
