Organizers of the ESL One Birmingham 2020 online counted a technical loss to Team Unique on the second map against Vikin.gg.
The reason for the technical loss was the disconnect from one of the Team Unique players. Anton “DyrachYO” Shkredov was disconnected during the match and couldn't reconnect to the game. The organizers didn't allow Unique to finish the match with four players. The community reacted vigorously to this situation, but eventually, Team Unique defeated Vikin.gg with a score of 2:1.

ESL One Birmingham 2020 held online for Europe & CIS from May 24 to June 7, where 16 teams compete for a prize pool of $200,000.
