ESL announces new Dota 2 tournament in Birmingham

Tournament operator ESL has announced a new Dota 2 LAN tournament, which will be held at the BP Pulse Live arena in Birmingham in March 2026.
The announcement appeared on the esports organization's website.
The prize pool for ESL One Birmingham 2026 will be $1 million, which will be contested by 16 teams. Six of them will receive direct invitations, and 10 participants will be selected through regional qualifiers. In addition to the prize money, participants will receive ESL Pro Tour points, which are necessary to receive an invitation to the Riyadh Masters.
As a reminder, the grand final of The International 2025 took place at the end of last week, with Team Falcons emerging as the winner.
