Eiritel shares this opinion with her Telegram channel followers, analyzing Ivan "Pure~" Moskalenko's departure from BetBoom Team.

"Why is the culture of long-term work so underdeveloped in esports? Why does disbanding happen at the slightest inconvenience? It's as if we're talking about last year's Nigma, whose maximum achievements for the season were reaching the first division in Europe and then dropping back," she states.

She also claims that the industry management tends to cater to players' emotions, but it would be better to focus on long-term efforts to achieve high results in the extended perspective.
