Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov, who is now a part of
Tundra Esports, is now saying that his old squad,
Gaimin Gladiators, had a lot of internal issues between the players who had issues with one another.
This well-known carry explained this in an interview with KD ALL INN on Youtube.
“We were playing but not listening to each other. Constant disagreements. One of the players is performing poorly, and you do your best to help. Then the next one is struggling and so we try to pick up the pace, but it’s not working, and because of that we *** ten games in a row. Even describing it is tough”
He argued that it appeared from the outside as if every single player had a bone to pick with all the other members. In his view, the group attempted to fix this issue, but in the end, it seems like they did not manage to resolve the dispute.
“I didn't like the fact that Seleri was trying to do something, or at least pretend to do something, with certain heroes and it was not working. Someone else was not even playing well, Quinn was doing something, I was feeding and that wasn’t appreciated… Like I said, everybody had their problems, some of it was Tofu… It felt like everyone was complaining about each other. We tried to solve it, if I am not mistaken, but it just didn’t happen"
Dyrachoyo confessed that he too had disputes with different players and was unhappy with how
Gaimin Gladiators captain conducted himself as well as the movements of Quinn "Quinn" Callahan. In his opinion, the same thing happened with the other players, which resulted into a negative team environment. In the end, this is more than likely what got Dyrachyo removed from the roster, in what seems to be an effort to improve team results and team spirit.
Earlier Dyrachoyo also explained why Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko was removed from
Tundra Esports.
