He announced this during a stream on Twitch.

“Pure is resting. He's doing fine. That's all I know. He's doing well”

Judging by his words, if Pure is indeed sick, he feels fine. Moreover, Dyrachyo emphasized that the cyber sportsman is currently resting, but he doesn't know any more details. It is not known exactly what the pro player meant, but perhaps it was a hint that Pure will miss more than just DreamLeague Season 26.
