Anton "Dyrachyo" Shkredov, a talented carry for
Tundra Esports, claimed that at first, he rejected the idea of representing
Tundra Esports as he aimed to build a team around himself. However, Ludwig "Zai" Walberg was able to persuade him to join the roster.
He elaborated on this while being interviewed by Cybersport.
“At the end of the New Year, this just happened, I was asked. Since I was planning to form my own roster, I said, 'Guys, let's wait.' I needed to wait, for example, until the end of ESL One Bangkok 2024, because some teams were planning roster changes. And overall, the end of the year was when I planned to come back. Guys contacted me, I told them, 'Wait,' — but things didn't work out with my team, so I agreed, and here I am now”
He poured out that it was not Neta “33” Shapira who invited him to the team but Zai. However, when he finally joined the team, Zai had already moved away from the active roster. Dyrachyo also substantiated that he was reluctant to move to
Tundra Esports for a while because he wanted to build his own team. However, because he could not create the ideal team, he agreed to the transfer.
Regardless, he pointed out that he liked 33 a lot as well because as a player, he has great knowledge of Dota 2 and factors in the tiniest of details.
Previously, Dyrachyo discussed the actual background of his removal from
Gaimin Gladiators.
