Anton "dyrachyo" Shkredov, representing Gaimin Gladiators, became a laughingstock at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 after referring to Azure Ray as "shit," and subsequently, his team lost three maps in a row to their opponents.

The situation amused both viewers and Dota 2 commentators, who reacted strongly to the tournament favorites' failure. Commentator Vladimir "Maelstorm" Kuzminov, particularly harsh in his comments on Telegram, took a dig at Gaimin Gladiators.
