DreamHack and ESL updated community streaming guidelines

Tournament operators DreamHack and ESL published the guidelines for community stream.
Community Streaming Guidelines:
- Community streams are strictly non-commercial;
- Community streams are based exclusively on DotaTV and content you have originally created or licensed as stated from Valve;
- Community streams need to add an additional delay of 5 minutes;
- Community streams need to add an automated chat message or graphic asset twice every hour saying: «If you want to follow the official broadcast go to DreamLeague/ESL_Dota2»;
- Stream title has to start with the tournament and the teams currently playing.


DreamLeague Season 15 DPC EU and ESL One CIS Online Season 2 will take place from April 13 to May 19 and April 15 to May 21, respectively. 16 teams in each region will be competing for $280,000 prize pool and 1150 DPC-points.
