Dota Watafak may lose YouTube channel

The creators of Dota Watafak, who have been releasing popular Dota 2 videos on a weekly basis for many years, is on the verge of losing their channel due to YouTube rules and fraudulents who abuse it.
If Dota WTF owners do not pay $220k to those who found a loophole in the rules and threw a strike, then the channel will be deleted in a week.

Youtube is the wild west where we have been surviving for almost a decade, we fought against many many attempts to destroy de channel during the years (most of them fraudulent), but finally the bigger fish arrived, the last boss of the Youtube Claim mafia is here.
They striked 50 of our earliest videos (from 8 years ago) where we used an outro song that they claim to be theirs.
After 3+ strikes youtube initiates the automatic shutdown of the channel in 7 days, so this people are blackmailing us. They ask 220k USD to release the strikes before that termination date.
I'ts a shame that anyone can come and destroy someones life work because the platform where you worked for almost 10 years, the one that took 45% of all your earnings, the one that you contributed to it's growth, is the same one that instead of protecting you, facilitates the actions of digital Thieves.
We will fight back as much as we can, waiting for our lawyers and our network agents response.
