Dota 2 update on May 21

On May 21, Valve released an update for Dota 2, which increased the maximum polygon count for Terrorblade, made changes to the Supporters Clubs bundles for some teams, and updated the localization files for 27 languages.
List of changes:
- Terrorblade - The maximum polygon count for some gear slots has been increased.
Supporters Clubs:
- OG: in the phrase "Win together..." the word order has been changed, now it is said first about defeat, then about victory.
- PSG.LGD: Japanese phrase has been changed to another; one of the phrases in Chinese is changed to "Na-Na-Nothing to say".
Localization:
- Updated localization files for 27 languages.
