Dota 2 update for 08.01.2020

On August 1, Valve released an update for the Dota 2 client that updated the Battle Pass 2020 tier level rewards section.
List of changes:
- Not much to it in spite of the size. Just Panorama UI tweaks to the Rewards section of The International 10 Battle Pass that add the Golden Awaleb's Trundleweed (item ID 14975) and the Golden Fin of the First Spear (item ID 14974) from Immortal Treasure II, as well as fixes for Emblem of Divinity (& its Cosmically Rare label) so it displays properly.
- Cooldown icons when playing Trivia while in the queue have been nudged a tiny bit too.
