Dota 2 Skywrath Mage Arcana: how to get it in Crownfall

With the release of the Crownfall update in Dota 2, players can now acquire the Skywrath Mage Arcana - The Devotions of Dragonus. Data miners had noticed its presence in the game files long ago, but it only became available to players recently. This Arcana not only transforms the appearance of the character but also changes the effects for his abilities, movements, and even attacks.

How to Get the Skywrath Mage Arcana

Unlike some other Arcanas, The Devotions of Dragonus can only be obtained through purchase from the Dota 2 store. It's an exclusive item, so you can't obtain it from treasure chests or the Crownfall game event.

The price of the Skywrath Mage Arcana in the store is $35, but by using special Crownfall event tokens, you can get an $8 discount, reducing the price to $27.

What the Skywrath Mage Arcana Offers

Dragonus has received an updated model with a new set of items, as well as a new pedestal and an unlockable alternative style. His animations and effects for Arcane Bolt, Concussive Shot, Ancient Seal, and Mystic Flare now look completely different.

New elements have also been added, including portraits, mini-map icons, attack and death effects, as well as special effects for items like Rod of Atos and Phylactery. Additionally, Dragonus has a new voice and unique lines to express his discontent.

Alternative Style for the Skywrath Mage Arcana

Obtaining the Skywrath Mage Arcana for free is currently impossible. The only way to acquire it is by purchasing it from the store for $35 or receiving it as a gift from another player who has bought it.

However, players can reduce the price of The Devotions of Dragonus by $8 by using event tokens obtained during The Devotions of Dragonus event. As a result, the maximum possible discount will be no more than $10. Therefore, currently, acquiring the Skywrath Mage Arcana for less than $25 is practically impossible.
