Valve has admitted to several inaccuracies in the description of the global patch 7.35 for Dota 2. Additionally, the game has encountered several bugs that need fixing.
This information was shared by Mark "sikle" Lerman, an analyst for
Team Spirit, on his Telegram.
"Here are some item attributes in the patch that were either forgotten or confused:
Parasma does not provide +1.5 mana regen from Witch Blade (only from intelligence, i.e., a loss of 1.5 mana/sec).
Meteor Hammer provides +24 agility, not intelligence, as stated.
Bloodthorn provides 0.5 less mana regen than Orchid (excluding intelligence).
Linken Sphere provides 0.5 less HP regen than Perseverance.
Not to mention that unused items can still be purchased for some reason. Chen's aura does not work on creeps, the level 10 talent does nothing, Dragon Knight's splash does not work, and the buff from the first skill affects melee units (even though he is one of the most meta heroes in pubs!). Looking forward to all the fixes"
It is currently unknown when the first lettered patch or hotfix will be released, but players have already found a bug that allows breaking Dota 2 servers by resetting match statistics.
