Valve released the completely free Compendium 2025

Valve has finally released the long-awaited update dedicated to The International 2025. Alongside it, a brand-new Compendium has been added to the game, which is radically different from previous versions. The main innovation is that it is completely free, while the tournament’s prize pool will be funded through the sale of team bundles.
This was announced on the official Dota 2 website.
Free Compendium 2025
Unlike in previous years, the 2025 Compendium is entirely free, allowing every player to earn rewards by participating in the fantasy league and prediction games. However, the best prizes will go to the top 100 players with the most accurate predictions. In addition, players will receive 300 Dota Plus shards for every 1000 points earned.

Main prizes of the 2025 Compendium:
Top 100 — 12 months of Dota Plus, 1 Arcana Token, 100% discount on the physical Aegis replica, and 5 Tyrian Regalia.
Top 1500 — 6 months of Dota Plus, 1 Arcana Token, 100% discount on the physical Aegis replica, and 2 Tyrian Regalia.
Top 5% of players — 2 months of Dota Plus, 1 Arcana Token, 50% discount on the physical Aegis replica, and 1 Tyrian Regalia.
Top 10% of players — 1 month of Dota Plus and 1 Arcana Token.
Top 15% of players — 1 month of Dota Plus.
New Tyrian Regalia Treasure
Valve also released a new treasure called Tyrian Regalia, containing five Immortal-tier items for the following heroes: 
Shadow Shaman, 
Lion, 
Phantom Lancer, 
Queen of Pain and 
Spirit Breaker.

The key feature of this treasure is that players can choose which item they want to receive, though the items cannot be traded.
Team and Studio Bundles
Players can also contribute to the prize pool of The International 2025 by purchasing team or studio bundles. 30% of the proceeds will go toward the tournament prize pool, while 50% will be given directly to the team or content creator.

Every team has released its own bundle, with the exception of Gaimin Gladiators, who, for unknown reasons, did not release one.
Bundle tiers include:
Bronze — Team badge displayed next to the player’s name ($1).
Silver — Team graffiti and loading screens ($6).
Gold — Health bar badge, team-themed chat wheel lines, and emojis ($12).
Physical Aegis of Champions 2025
As in previous years, fans can purchase a physical replica of the 2025 Aegis of Champions for $150 (without discount). However, it can be obtained for free by perfectly predicting all matches at TI14.
