Donk Shared His Thoughts on the Cache Map in CS2

Danil “Donk” Kryshkovets said that he enjoys playing oficial matches on the Cache map in Counter-Strike 2 because it evokes feelings of nostalgia.

The player’s statement was posted on Telegram.

“I played on Cache in matchmaking 10 years ago, and now I’ll be on the pro scene. It’s cool—it’s nostalgic.

Just like on Ancient, there isn’t really a consistent default setup. We feel comfortable playing there. And I just like the way the map is designed.”

Acording to Danil “Donk” Kryshkovets, the layout of the Cache map reminds him of playing on Ancient. The esports player noted that the Team Spirit roster feels comfortable playing on the new competitive map, and he personally also likes its design.
