DM Shared His Thoughts on Dota 2 Patch 7.41e

Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin gave Patch 7.41e for Dota 2 a positive review. What the player liked most was the developers’ decision to reset MMR.

“Regarding the patch: it’s just awesome! A ton of useful nerfs to annoying heroes, they barely touched the offlane role (while nerfing others), and the MMR reset will help new talents emerge in this wonderful game, since now they don’t need to grind up to 15,000–16,000 MMR—just 8,500+ is enough.”

According to Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin, the player views the nerfs to a number of overly overpowered heroes positively, and the decision to reset MMR will help young players reach their full potential, since they will no longer have to spend a long time grinding their rating to catch up with the top players.
