DM Speaks Out About Leaving PARIVISION

Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin stated that he had a hard time coping with Filip “Astini” Astini's departure from the PARIVISION Dota 2 roster.

The player made this statement on YouTube.

“It was hard for me after Astini left. I followed the ideas he brought to the team. The rest of the team moved away from those ideas. They wanted to play Dota in a completely different style. We weren’t on the same page. Some wanted to do their own thing, while I respected the old ideas.”

According to Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin, he wanted to preserve Filip “Astini” Astini’s legacy within the team, but the other players on the PARIVISION roster decided to change the team’s direction. The player noted that he had no conflict with his teammates, but serious disagreements arose regarding drafts and strategies, which led to the esports player leaving the team.

“It’s normal that you might want to play in a different style, but we didn’t come up with any other concept. I think it all started because of that. I tried to push my ideas, and the other players pushed theirs.

We also couldn’t reach a consensus on heroes. I might be wrong, but in the last tournament, 9Class didn’t pick Monkey King or Slardar even once. That might be a hint that this problem still exists within the team. I know 9Class is good with his heroes. It’s strange to me that he plays Ringmaster.

There was no drama, no conflict. People didn’t fight at boot camp. That was to be expected given everything that happened over the past month. We weren’t delivering results. Everyone on this team is ambitious. They’re good players. They need to play in the playoffs.”

As a reminder, earlier Clement “Puppey” Ivanov assessed PARIVISION’s readiness for the ESL One Birmingham 2026 Dota 2 tournament.
