DM explained why Dyrachyo decided to leave the pro scene in Dota 2

Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov might have stepped away from active participation in Dota 2 esports because he was not satisfied with the quality of tournaments, which for an undisclosed reason led to a reluctance to compete.

That’s the reasoning provided by Dmitry “DM” Dorokhin, pro-player for PARIVISION.

“Look, the guy wants to chill, why not? And also, I heard the quality of these tournaments is not so good, in fact, they are pretty terrible, so he isn’t having fun playing them. It used to be better,” he said.

According to DM, Dyrachyo is looking for respite from the professional scene because he does not find the current tournaments entertaining. In his opinion, the tournaments used to be more entertaining which offered budding esports athletes a higher level of enjoyment. It is interesting to note that Dyrachyo himself said that after coming back, to his withdrawing disappointment, he is feeling the need to go inactive again.

What’s important is that Dyrachyo did say, I am not retiring from Dota 2, I am on a break, and his argument lacks an explanation on when he will rejoin.
