After the tournaments ended and we lost everywhere, I began to consider global restructuring. Everyone was for it - this is not mine, but a team decision, that we need changes and we are not ready to continue playing in the same way. It was clear that the team would not work in such a roster. Everyone understood this. I began to consider all the options. I held on to all the players until the last, tried to rebuild something with them. The decision regarding LeBron is mutual, I would even say that it is his decision. And I, in turn, considered different options, we tested different players. I considered, that with Ghostik we could continue to play, and with LeBron, Excalibur, and KingR.

It so happened that the team in which Fishman, Crystallis and 5up played was disbanded, and we decided to try together with the guys. I really liked it, I saw the huge potential of this team. It was difficult, because there were no fifth, fourth and mid positions on the scene. There were not many options.

I consider that I can play on any position if necessary, it just will take time. I put on the scales how to do right things, in order to achieve a result. But with the mid players are also very difficult. There are no people who would suit me. It's hard for me to say what should be. I can give a subjective assessment to a player for any role. When I will understand, that with a person we can achieve some heights, then of course, I will pick him up and try to change the role myself. But not the fact that I will cope with the role which I will play.
