The 2025 Compendium in Dota 2 may be released in the next two weeks, that is, in mid-August, as it was last year. Also, its launch will probably be accompanied by a celebratory event.
The data miner Fay shared these details in his Telegram channel.

“The stage server (the server before the updates) has been updated, and by as many as 19 versions. It’s not that the number of versions strongly reflects the volume of the update itself, but in any case, there is a micro-hope that the Compendium will be accompanied by something else or will be better than previous years”
According to him, the test server is actively being updated, which may indicate that the Dota 2 update will be quite large and filled with content. The Compendium itself or its analogue in the form of the Battle Pass, according to Fay, will be released somewhere in mid-August, as last year.
“Well, it is obvious that this stage is 90% likely to be related to the Compendium. We expect it within two weeks. Judging by the dates, it will be released, as in previous years, in mid-August"
Considering the words of the data miner, we can assume that the festive event and the Compendium itself will appear in Dota 2 between August 14 and 16 - dates that often coincide with major updates from Valve.
The developers themselves have not yet made official statements on this matter, but it is already known that teams are actively recording bundles before the start of The International 2025.
Recall that earlier Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov reported that Valve plans to release the Compendium or Battle Pass.
