Dastan “dastan” Akbaev stated that their performance at ESL Pro League 24 brought the
PARIVISION CS2 roster closer together.
The team coach’s statement was posted on Telegram.
“I’m glad we made it to the playoffs. Those were very important matches in the group stage. We’ve become even more of a team—this tournament brought us closer together. Next time we face Vitality, we’ll play much better and be more competitive.
We believed in a comeback. I know we could have taken some rounds on attack and evened the score. Perhaps if we’d won the 5v3 pistol round, everything would have been easier. I feel good. I understand that Vitality is a very strong team.
They’re in good form; they’ve been playing together for a long time. Over the long haul, we’ll probably be able to compete with them, but right now, it’s very difficult for us to change much overnight. We prepared a lot, but some things… We need more time. I’m happy with how we played. Katowice is really cool—great atmosphere. I’m happy with our result.”
Acording to a statement by Dastan “dastan” Akbaev, the coach is pleased that the team made it to the playoffs and isn’t disappointed by the loss to Vitality, as he understands that his players faced a very strong opponent that is currently demonstrating a high level of preparation. Moreover, Dastan believes that the
PARIVISION roster put up a solid fight in the match against Vitality, as the team had chances to turn the game around.
As a reminder, Andrey “Belchonokk” Yasinsky previously accused
PARIVISION of placing excessive demands on its players.
