Dmitry “Fishman” Polishchuk, the captain of
Cloud9, stated that his team had a similar plan in the match against
Team Falcons at The International 2024, but the opponents showed a better game.
The player shared his respective assessment of the match results in an interview on Twitch.
“Falcons played better. We had a similar plan, but we didn't play perfect and they played perfect. That's the bottom line.
They punished us on creeps, on catapults, they took away bounties, they defended the lines well. They did everything really well in general, well done.”
However, the cyber athlete also noted that his squad also played a good game, but
Cloud9's members succumbed to the influence of the stage, while
Team Falcons were able to show a more cold-blooded game.
“We did well too, but they were stronger in micro. Maybe the stage influenced us and they were cold-blooded.I wish them good luck. I'll be rooting for my brothers Stasik and Ammarczyk.”
Cloud9 left TI13 after a 2 : 0 defeat to
Team Falcons in the bottom set of the playoffs.
Recall that earlier Stanislav “Malr1ne” Potorak revealed which Dota 2 team
Team Falcons are equal to.
