Chopper Compared the Salaries of a Streamer and a Pro Player in Counter-Strike 2

Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov believes that Counter-Strike 2 streamers can earn more than players.

The content creator’s statement was posted on Telegram.

“There’s more money in streaming than in esports. Of course, you can get 1,400 viewers online, run ads for loot boxes and various websites, play Faceit for 4 hours, and earn the equivalent of a Tier 1 CS player’s salary.”

According to Leonid “Chopper” Vishnyakov, the average streamer’s advertising revenue is comparable to a Tier 1 player’s salary. At the same time, a content creator needs to devote at least 4 hours a day to streaming, while a professional esports player’s schedule is much more demanding.
