Leonid “chopper” Vishnyakov, the former captain of Team Spirit, decided not to return to the CS2 pro scene for now, and will become a community caster and cover BLAST Bounty Winter 2026.

The esports player shared this on his Telegram channel.

“On January 13 BLAST Bounty will start. There I will work as a community caster. Let’s see how hard it is haha. In the mornings I will make announcements which matches I will be streaming”.

Chopper noted that he has started cooperation with a well known organization and will be a streamer in the near future. Taking this into account it can be concluded that for now the player is not planning to return to the CS2 pro scene.

At the same time, the esports player did not specify whether he is changing his field of activity for a long time, or will fully switch to streaming.

Earlier, Valve started a wave of bans in CS2, blocking an account worth $200,000.
