Chimera Esports has confirmed that Nikita "Daxak" Kuzmin has left the team, and former
Team Spirit player Abdimalik "Malik" Sailau may occupy the vacant position on the roster.
This was reported on a Telegram channel of the organization:
"Today, we announce that Nikita ‘Daxak’ Kuzmin is leaving Chimera Esports. We are proud to have been part of your journey and thank you for all the effort you put into achieving results with the team while being a part of them. New horizons await, and we are confident you will continue to shine. Our organization wishes Nikita success in his future endeavors and new victories, both in-game and beyond. You will always be part of our history"
For now, the organization has not stated the reason behind the departure. But, as foreshadowed by insiders, Malik will presumably be the new offlane player. Although the team has not yet announced the transfer, Daxak has in fact withdrawn so this move may be in the pipelines.

It’s worth noting that recently Valve, during this year’s Dota 2 championship, surprised fans by announcing The International 2025 and outlining a very interesting detail about it.
