Samuel “Boxi” Svan stated that William “Blitz” Lee and Eric “Tofu” Engel are responsible for Team Liquid’s drafts, but every member of the roster has the opportunity to influence team decisions.

“Everyone just shares their opinion on what they think is good and what’s bad. Obviously, Blitz and Tofu handle the drafts. But they ask the team for input—it can’t be that one person decides everything while the rest stay silent. That’s not how our team works. So everyone pitches in.

I think leadership, to some extent, is about being able to sift through a lot of suggestions and find the ones that really work together. After all, I don’t always know exactly what the other players are suggesting.”
