BLAST Slam IX Qualifiers: Schedule, Standings, Results

BLAST Slam IX is the ninth tournament in the BLAST Slam Dota 2 series, taking place from November 20 to 29, 2026. The tournament will be held entirely online, with no LAN Finals. A total of 16 teams will compete for a $750,000 prize pool.

The tournament will feature 11 directly invited teams, one directly invited team from the Americas, and four regional qualifier winners: two from Europe, one from China, and one from Southeast Asia.

The format will follow the revamped structure introduced at BLAST Slam VIII. During the opening stage, the 16 teams will be divided into four GSL groups of four teams. All matches will be played in a best-of-three (Bo3) format.

The winners of each group will advance to the Seeding Matches. The two winners of these matches will secure direct spots in the Upper Bracket Semifinals, while the two losing teams will start the playoffs in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals. The four second-place teams will compete in the Last Chance stage, where the two winners will claim the remaining quarterfinal spots. The other teams will be eliminated.

The remaining eight teams will then compete in a double-elimination playoff bracket. The top two seeds will begin their campaigns in the Upper Bracket Semifinals, while the other six teams will start in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals or qualify through the Last Chance stage. All playoff matches will be played as Bo3 series, except for the Grand Final, which will be a Bo5.

BLAST Slam IX will be the final BLAST Slam event of 2026. With 16 teams, an expanded online stage and the revamped Bo3 format, the tournament will conclude the year's BLAST Slam circuit.
