BetBoom Team Captain Makes a Statement Ahead of the IEM Cologne Major Playoffs

Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov stated that he feels very positive emotions following BetBoom Team’s advancement to the playoffs of the IEM Cologne Major 2026.

The player made the statement on Twitch.

“This is everything to me. I love Counter-Strike so much—it’s my life. And to be playing at LAN tournaments again, at major championships, at a Major, and now to make it to the Major playoffs—it’s an incredible feeling. I’m just happy. I have nothing more to add.”

According to Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov, the esports player considers playing Counter-Strike a very important part of his life, which is why he is happy that his team was able to deliver solid results once again. The BetBoom Team captain noted that the team tries not to put unnecessary pressure on themselves due to inflated expectations, but simply strives to improve as the tournament progresses.

“The most important thing is not to feel pressure over the result. You just need to improve day by day with the coach and work hard. That’s it, nothing special.”
