The best hero of patch 7.39b has been revealed

Brewmaster has become the best Dota 2 hero in terms of winrate and matchmaking performance after the release of patch 7.39b.

This jump in efficiency is due to the buffs he received in patch 7.39b.Valve strengthened almost all of his abilities - increased damage and reduced the cooldown of Thunder Clap, Cinder Brew, and Primal Split.
