Nikita “Pantomem” Balaganin said that the victory over
OG's Dota 2 roster at PGL Wallachia Season 5 came fairly easily to
Aurora's players, despite their defeat on the first map.
The player announced this on Telegram.
"Overall, the series was quite easy:
In the first game, our opponents had a more interesting draft, very dynamic with global buttons, plus Tuscar played very well in the early game: he was faster than us, they played faster, and we were just responding. We made a comeback at one point. If we had won the fight on Roshan, we would probably have won the game, but we were unlucky.
The second and third maps were much better than ours in terms of both draft and execution, so it turns out that we didn't wake up on the first map."
According to Nikita “Pantomem” Balaganin,
OG's players had a more confident draft on the first map, and his team lost the decisive fight on Roshan, despite a comeback in the second half of the match. Nevertheless,
Aurora confidently dominated their opponents in the next two games of the series.
As a reminder, Nikita “Pantomem” Balaganin previously commented on
Aurora's slots at the Riyadh Masters and The International 2025.
