Arteezy stated a serious problem in modern Dota 2

Arthur “Arteezy” Babaev has spoken out about the degradation of the current Dota 2 pro scene, pointing to a significant drop in the quality of event organization.

The corresponding statement was made by the player on Twitch.

“Pro-Dota now is not what it used to be. It looks terrible. You're literally traveling all the time, playing in disgusting little studios and hotels with terrible quality control, sitting in uncomfortable chairs with old equipment.”

Also Artur “Arteezy” Babayev noted that in modern Dota 2 there are a lot of newcomers, and in the past the average level of training of pro-players was higher, as well as the quality of organization of events. The cybersportsman does not like both the quality of the organization of events and the lack of spectators up to the final matches, which against the background of a large number of similar events has a negative impact on the industry.

“There are a lot of newcomers to Dota, but ten years ago the pro scene was of a higher level. Now it's just gambling sponsors, a billion tournaments, terrible equipment, uncomfortable chairs and no audience right up to the finals. There are only spectators at the top 6. It's just bloody garbage.”
