Artur "Arteezy" Babaev, the former carry of
Shopify Rebellion, has announced that he does not plan to compete in the professional Dota 2 scene next season and will take a break.
The legendary player shared this during a Twitch stream.
"Will I be competing in the pro scene? I don't know. I will probably take a break"
He mentioned that while he is not entirely sure, he does not plan to return to the pro scene for now and will focus on streaming. After stepping down from the carry position at
Shopify Rebellion, the esports athlete expressed interest in pursuing streaming or Dota 2 analysis.
It is likely that he will miss the start of the season but may return next year as a stand-in or to strengthen one of the teams.
Recall that previously Roman "Resolut1on" Fominok announced his return to the Dota 2 pro scene.
