Artur “Arteezy” Babaev has hinted that he is returning to the Dota 2 pro scene and will likely play for one of the European Tier 1 teams.
The legendary player announced this on his Twitter page.
“I plan to host a subathon on Twitch starting in November, move to Europe, recalibrate my MMR, and go full Yue Xu mode. I'll share more details soon!”
Arteezy noted that he plans to move to Europe in November, which may indicate his intention to join one of the WEU teams. This theory is supported by his mention of the hero Ye Xiu, the main character of the e-sports anime “The King's Avatar,” who returns to his former glory in online gaming after being expelled from his guild.
Many fans immediately took this as an almost direct announcement of Arteezy's return to the Dota 2 pro scene. The player himself also emphasized that he would soon share details of his plans for the next season.
Earlier, Vladimir “Maelstorm” Kuzminov hinted at who would become the new
Team Spirit player.
