Matthew “ari” Walker stated that the key decisions regarding roster changes at
Tundra Esports are made by David ‘MoonMeander’ Tang and Neta “33” Shapira.
The player made this statement on Twitch.
“We used to play together with bzm, but I don't think his word was decisive in inviting me. 33 and MoonMeander decide who joins the team. They are the coach and captain, but it seems that 33 is even more important.”
The esports player also noted that Bozhidar “bzm” Bogdanov supported his candidacy to join the team, and his high MMR contributed to the positive decision, as top spots in the ladder confirm the player's talent, increasing the chances that he will be given a chance.
“I think my MMR helped me. I'm always high in the rankings. And if you're at the top, everyone is watching you. It means you're talented and you'll be given a chance. And a high rating sets you apart from the rest who will be given the same chance.”
Earlier, Egor “Nightfall” Grigorenko talked about how he influenced the level of preparation of the
Tundra Esports roster.
