An unreleased taunting animation for the hero Phantom Lancer was found in the Dota 2 files.

This discovery was first reported by a dataminer known as Chuchello, after which the animation video became available on YouTube.

This animation is currently unavailable to game users in the client. It is unclear exactly when it appeared in the game files. Community opinions on this matter are divided. Some players believe that the animation appeared after a seasonal update, while others are convinced that the developers added it during Frostivus 2023.
