The last team to receive an invite to TI10 was Thunder Predator. This happened because Team Nigma, who were competing for the last slot, lost the match against EG at WePlay AniMajor and didn't get enough DPC points.
The remaining 6 of teams 18 will be determined in the regional qualifiers for The International 10. The dates are already known:
- EEU (CIS) and SA: June 23-26
- NA and SEA: June 30 - July 3
- CN and EU: July 7-10
