Timur "Ahilles" Kulmukhambetov stated that every member of the current Klim Sani4 roster went through a strict selection process conducted personally by him.

The coach of the team revealed the details of forming the current Klim Sani4 roster in an exclusive commentary to Dota2 publishers.

"When forming the team, my shortlist included players from the entire CIS region, as well as some from Europe. I messaged many and added a bunch of people as friends. I watched players' replays.

Most declined because I started doing this after The International, when many tier 2-3 level players had already created their stacks and mixes.

Overall, I know the player market well, so I primarily relied on players' personal skill. Only after that, I collected feedback and reviews for each candidate. After that, they went through tests, and based on those games, as well as initial impressions, the final roster was formed."
