Timur “Ahilles” Kulmukhambetov believes that the latest changes in
Aurora's Dota 2 roster have had a negative impact on the team, and that the attempt to combine different approaches to gameplay has led to failure.
The esports player shared this opinion on Telegram.
“Let's be honest with ourselves, guys. The experiment of combining two different worlds didn't work out. And I'm not sure that the Nightfall + Torontotokyo combination works in terms of gameplay. The departure of Panto, Kiyotaka, and God turned out to be a negative.”
Acording to Timur “Ahilles” Kulmukhambetov,
Aurora's performance at DreamLeague Season 27 disapointed the esports player, as he supports Egor “Nightfall” Grigorenko, even though he is not closely acquainted with the team's carry. Ahilles believes that Nightfall is curently trying to carry the entire team with his play, and that all of the team's victories are due to his efforts.
"Aurora is 2-3. It's really disappointing. I don't know why I'm rooting for Nightfall. We're not friends. We don't talk. We haven't worked together. But I root for him on every new map. I think it's because he carried the team in previous games. Zero deaths and zero mistakes. And even those games were barely won."
Earlier, Alexander “TORONTOTOKYO” Hertek expresed his opinion about the new players on the
Aurora Dota 2 roster.
