Timur “Ahilles” Kulmukhambetov said that the replacements in
Aurora only weakened the team, and the state of the modern Dota 2 pro scene does not allow even promising organizations to strengthen themselves.
The esports player shared this opinion on Telegram.
“Aurora messed up with the reshuffle. There is almost no influx of new talent. All the top players are sitting in their places. And it seems like you have the finances, a top carry, two coaches — but you just can't seem to upgrade.”
According to Timur “Ahilles” Kulmukhambetov, the lineup with Gleb ‘kiyotaka’ Zyryanov looked more confident, since now Egor “Nightfall” Grigorenko has to play almost alone due to the low efficiency of the rest of his teammates.
“And the most obvious thoughts come to mind. It was better with kiyotaka. Nightfall just sweats 1x9 every game, and it's of little use. The reshuffle can be described with one quote: ”It's hard with you, but without you it's even worse."
After Rafli “Mikoto” Fathur Rahman and Chan “Oli” Chong Kin moved to
Aurora, the team finished the FISSURE Universe: Episode 7 tournament in the top 6, losing two of the three matches played in the championship.
Earlier, Khaled “sQreen” El-Habbash also criticized
Aurora's updated roster, explaining what the team lacks to be successful.
