Dmitry "d1mario" Zhdanov, the manager of the
9 Pandas CS2 roster, stepped down from his position after the visa situation that led to the team's disqualification from the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 tournament.
The announcement was made by
9 Pandas on their Telegram channel. However, they did not specify the reasons for d1mario's departure from the organization or whether it was related to the visa issues faced by the team.
"We've been through fire, water, and TryHard together, but a new era brings its own changes - and now our paths diverge from dimar1o's. It's time for the team manager and Friday podcaster to aim higher - and we believe that 9Pandas has become a worthy springboard. Your pink beard, earring, and bald head will forever remain in our hearts. Good luck!"
Recall that the
9 Pandas CS2 roster was disqualified from the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 due to visa problems. While the players managed to obtain entry permission to Denmark for the major, some of them couldn't arrive in time due to passport issues.
Despite concessions from the organizers, the team couldn't participate in full force, so they were replaced by GamerLegion.
