A well-known former player of Dota 2 Pavel “9pasha” Khvastunov has stated that Valve should consider releasing the third version of the MOBA in order to fix the many issues and revive the gameplay which the players are in need of.
It was during a Twitch stream that he made this comment.
“I honestly don't know what could be changed to alter the gameplay. We need Dota 3. But whether that will happen or not is up in the air. “What do I want? I want something to be added to Dota, something to be done with it. What If I told you the best thing that could change the features of Dota is Dota 3 itself?”
The former esports player noted somewhere that there are a lot of issues the DotA team puts forth for the DOTA 2 players and most of them haven’t changed in a long time hence why 9pasha thinks now is a good time to make DOTA 3 however he did say it was not in sight whether VALVE wanted to do so.
He then stresses that while fanatics remain happy with the current status of the MOBA, many others desire complete alteration of the title which has seen so many patches and improvements added into it.
Speaking of which, it’s worth mentioning, fans of the cult game from Valve were once amazed but the concept art of what Dota 3 graphics could possibly look like.
