Yatoro unexpectedly complained to Valve about a Team Liquid player: what happened

In the ending moments of a game, Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk, Team Spirit carry, surprisingly reported Neta "33" Shapira from Team Liquid without any explanation.

This event was broadcasted on Twitch during a stream by a world champion.

The video shows Yatoro suddenly reporting 33 who was representing an opposing team right before winning the match. The remarkable point here is that he chose to report all possible violations instead of one or two. However, why he did this remains unknown to fans although they thought it could be due to playing three successive games against 33. This occurred even though Yatoro was carry and 33 played offlane and they were constantly meeting on line together.
