Yatoro proposed changing the rules of Dota 2: what happened

Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk, the carry for Team Spirit, proposed a change in the pause rules for Dota 2 matchmaking. In his opinion, pauses in the game should be prohibited until the 10th minute to address the issue of abuse of breaks during the early stages of a match.
This proposal was made during Yatoro's stream on Twitch.
"God, I hate pauses so much. Why do they even exist? In Dota and in CS. Why should you sit and wait just because someone decided to take a break to grab an order or take out the trash? You have to just sit and wait for four minutes. Minimum"
The esports player believes that nine people should not have to wait for one player. Moreover, the Dota 2 world champion stated that some players abuse this feature without a valid reason.
"It's such a dumb system. Pauses should be allowed after 10-15 minutes. Then you can use it. Right now, you can just wait for the third minute and disconnect. Before, you could even load, pause, go smoke, come back, and continue playing"
Yatoro noted that the situation was even worse before but still believes that the rules should be reconsidered. He clarified that this applies not only to Dota 2 but also to CS2, which he also frequently plays.
It's worth mentioning that Yatoro previously showcased an incredible win streak after the release of patch 7.35d, demonstrating remarkable performance.
