Yatoro may participate in ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023

Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk, Team Spirit's carry, may participate as a stand-in for one of the participating teams at ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023.

The esports athlete made this announcement during one of his Twitch streams.

"Yeah, I don't mind. It depends on the team. If it's a normal team or if I know someone there... In short, I'm not against it. But it's purely for the tournament, not to play qualifiers. Playing qualifiers, I don't give a ****"

The two-time Dota 2 world champion emphasized that he won't participate in the qualifiers but is open to playing in the actual tournament. Although no team has made an official statement yet, it's quite possible that an announcement with the star stand-in will be made just before the start of ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023.
